Liberal Democrats in Bognor Regis and Littlehampton have urged local supporters to join the party and have a say in the leadership election. Mark Foster, Littlehampton campaign coordinator said;-

"Many local supporters have strong views on the leadership, this is a chance to have a direct vote in the leadership. Liberal Democrat members have one vote each, whether you are an MP or a card-carrying ordinary member."

Mark continued;-

"You can join the party for £9 and get a vote in an election which really matters. Because we use proportional representation in our ballots, no vote is wasted."
